While waiting for the GN Kang show to finish shooting a great story was occurring to my left. Kevin McNamee and Diana Loiacono were having dinner and asked the waiter for the recipe for their favorite dish "lobster bowl". He said that he told the waiter that he's been able to recreate the whole meal but something was missing. At that point the waiter told Chef Garces about the situation and Chef went over to chat with the couple. He then went into the kitchen and brought out a bottle of rocoto paste forthe creame sauce and told them that was the ingredient they were missing. Hat tip to you Chef Jose Garces.
